Attorney Lynn Rainey is General Counsel to Gas South, LLC, one of the three largest Natural Gas marketing companies in the State of Georgia.  He is also the recognized expert in the formation and representation of Community Improvement Districts in Georgia, having created and currently representing most CIDs in existence.  CIDs are created for the provision of governmental services and facilities in commercial districts and primarily exist in Fulton, Cobb, Gwinnett, and DeKalb Counties, and are anticipated to spread to other parts of the state.  Mr. Rainey is a former Chief Assistant District Attorney and Chief Assistant Solicitor, and has experience in many other areas of client representation since 1977.

Attorney Perry Phillips has represented Commercial Real Estate owners and managers with their legal needs for over thirty (30) years. His services include lease preparation, negotiation and enforcement. Perry also represents Commercial Real Estate Brokers and their clients on a variety of issues. Perry also represents small businesses on various issues dealing with organization and governance as well as relationships with their customers and providers.
